Mission

The Mission of Eastlake Acupuncture & Massage is first, to provide the highest quality of hands-on care utilizing East Asian medicine within a tranquil, nurturing environment. Second, it is to educate the South Bay San Diego and Chula Vista communities on the benefits of alternative and preventative medicine, one patient at a time.

Vision

The Vision for Eastlake Acupuncture & Massage is that it is an oasis for mental, physical and spiritual healing nestled within the Eastlake, Chula Vista community. It is the first choice in alternative medical care for those suffering from pain, stress, anxiety, and internal disorders. Our vision is also a community that embraces Chinese herbal prescriptions as a powerful form of preventative and restorative medicine.

Chula Vista Acupuncturist Nadia Ayadi, LAc

Nadia Ayadi, M.S., L.Ac., Dipl. OM

  Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine
  Licensed Acupuncturist
  Board Certified Diplomate of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine 
  Chinese Medicine Herbalist

Nadia Ayadi is a Practitioner of Oriental Medicine and Licensed Acupuncturist. She graduated at the top of her class from the prestigious Pacific College of Oriental Medicine and holds a Master's Degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.

Nadia specializes in the treatment of acute and chronic pain disorders, neck pain, shoulder pain, back pain, and sports injuries utilizing Acupuncture and Tui Na (medical massage).

Activities and Societies: Clinical internships at downtown San Diego seniors clinic, Rady childrens hospital, San Diego cancer center. Completed a clinical internship in Sichuan province, Chengdu, China at Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Hospital.

Associations: California State Oriental Medical Association, American Acupuncture Council, National Acupuncture Detoxification Association

Honors and Awards: graduated Cum Laude from the 4 year graduate program at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine


 

 

Melissa Marcy, M.S., L.Ac., C.M.T.

Melissa practices Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) as a Licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist, with a background in massage therapy. She earned both a Master of Science degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine and an Asian Bodywork certificate from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego.

Melissa is a general practitioner and has an excellent rapport with pediatrics and families, having completed three clinical internships with the Integrative Medicine Program at Rady Children’s Hospital in San Diego. There, children of all ages request 1-2 TCM treatments per week. She also completed a clinical internship at the Chengdu Hospital and University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Sichuan Province of China where patients receive acupuncture daily! In addition, many of Melissa’s massage clients have maintained bi-weekly and monthly appointments for several years.

Melissa values the interpersonal nature of her services, and her goal is to improve the health and well-being of her patients through education, empowerment, and by providing the highest quality of routine acupuncture and massage care.
